Description:
The extruded coating surface of the thermolaminate film is made of low-temperature molten resin, which enables the film to be laminated into paper products by heat and pressure. The variety of available surface finishes add value to the printed surface. Ma GuangBOPP thermal laminating film provides a surface treatment for printed surfaces, preventing fingerprints and smudges. Matte film can last longer than glossy hot laminate film. The combination of good performance characteristics and low price makes BOPP thermal laminate suitable for a variety of printed and non-printed paperboard including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc.

Special Instruction of Gloss Bopp thermal lamination film:
· NEI matt BOPP thermal lamination film is suggested to be laminated with the roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and roller pressure of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions are depending on the selected laminator’s speed and dimensional stability.
· It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
